Pump Packages

Advanced Blending Solutions manufactures pump packages designed specifically for conveying plastic pellets and flake. Pump packages come standard with high efficiency motors, high vacuum relief valves, premium silencers, and a secondary paper canister filter insert. Sound proof enclosures or additional sound dampening kits can also be purchased. For applications requiring reduced noise levels pumps can come with an optional sound proof enclosure. Pump packages can be ordered with various control options such as combination starter/disconnects and variable speed drives. Variable speed drives can be used with the patent pending Advanced Blending Solutions pick velocity control algorithms for controlling the pick-up velocity of the material. This option reduces or eliminates angel hair and other material degradation, improves system efficiency, and allows higher capacity of an installed system. An optional atmospheric vent can be added to prevent short cycling of the pump/motor.
